[[Throw Frost]] is a fairly weak single enemy [[cold]] damage spell, [[Throw Icicle]] a more powerful version which partially ignores cold resistance, and [[Freezing Cloud]] generates a [[smite]]-targeted bank of freezing [[cloud]]s.
