+The Bane of Multiplicity is a [[Bane]] which gives a chance for any monster you come across to create 2-3 fragile clones of itself after a short delay. Cloned monsters have a third of the health of the original, half [[hit dice]] (for the purpose of spells and abilities), and deal 33% less melee attack damage. These do not disappear on their own or when the original monster is killed. After a monster is cloned, the ability goes on a short cooldown before another monster can be cloned.
