how do I add the ':' command to the category list?

I couldn't find out easily how to add the ':' command.
I don't know what it does yet as it only asks me: "Enter note:".

		+	:Yeah, we need an article on keyboard commands. As for the wiki not accepting ':' as a title, well, that's a technical issue that all Mediawiki wikis have, unfortunately. We'll probably need to just have an article called "colon", and link to it from a keyboard command article.
		+	:As for what : does, it's just that - it lets you enter notes, which will appear in your morgue file. It's also often used in online play as a means of in-game chat: spectators can send messages to players, who then respond by entering notes.
