'''Evoke Invisibility''' is an [[ability]] granted from the [[ring of invisibility]], some [[artifact]]s, and armours of darkness. It turns the character invisible. It requires that they are visible; it cannot be used to give more invisibility to an already invisible character.

==Cost==

Evoking this ability costs 2 MP, consumes 250 food, and the character will suffer 1 to 3 points of [[magic contamination]].

==Failure==

The failure % is given by:

60 - (2 * evocations skill level)

which means that it is impossible, even at the highest skill level (27) to evoke invisibility perfectly; there will be at least a 6% chance of failure. It will also fail if the character is not satiated; if they are hungry or worse, a successful evocation will still not grant invisibility (but will not expend mp or food).

==Power==

Power is given by

5 + (2 * evocations skill level).

The invisibility effect lasts 15 + [[random2]](power) duration units, and is capped at 100.

==Exercise==

This ability exercises the Evocations skill if successfully evoked.
