Add note about the urgency of updating spell modules.

There have been several changes/additions regarding new spells that have been added (and old spells removed), and spells have been moved between spelbooks, since 0.19. Successfully updating this module and Module:Table of spells will allow us to update the version templates of all of the spellbook articles, however I do not know how to do this. Whenever I try to add a spell, all of the spell and spellbook articles break down. Anyone have any ideas how to do this? It is becoming pretty urgent at this point. There are references to a GitHub program designed to update these, but given this article is still only up to date to 0.19, it is clear that this is not the easiest-to-use system for updating this module.
