Both the [[Abyss]] and [[Stairs]] articles now give details on what this type of one-way staircase is, and they aren't even particularly unique - similar ideas exist for escape hatches, in Pan and Tomb. I would suggest that this article be merged into these two articles, and this article subsequently converted to a redirect. After all, very few people are going to come to this wiki to search for exactly "abyssal stair" (not "abyssal stairs"; this currently isn't redirected). The description in-game isn't even as an abyssal stair, rather it is called "A gateway leading deeper into the Abyss", and only in Console does the feature use a symbol that resembles a staircase at all.
