I'm not sure if it's not up-to-date or just incorrect, but last night I had a character with a level 7 evocations skill and a level 8 earth magic skill who could not get scrolls of acquirement to give him anything other than rods when selecting the "staff" option (and hoping for an earth staff). According to the current information presented here under the staff section that shouldn't happen, right? Am I reading it wrong? 	:It was changed (actually a while back, now that I think about it) to be less deterministic.
