LR Range: The page says the range is 5 to 12 spaces. Is the range power dependent, like flame tongue or is it random or is it both?
If it is purely power dependent, that would open up nice synergy with ashenzari or antenae.

		+	::I wouldn't be surprised if it's ''technically'' possible, but only at super-low skill. Most people don't start casting mid-level attack spells until they've got a decent amount of training under their belts.
