I've been trying to learn this highlevel spell, in vain. You have to know it sooner or later if you want to explore the Crypt and win the rune. Even with XL=22, INT=28, [[Necromancy]]=11,8 and [[Transmutations]] 8,9 my character has got a 100% fail rate. Why the heck? 		+	Necromutation is a complex spell and I don't think the Strategy section does it justice. just wanted to throw out some musings:

		+	* removal of wands of heal wounds and haste mean that you can't use them '''during''' necromutation anymore; being hasted, and having greater offense, means being able to deal with every threats of every kind much more effectively, and reducing your overall exposure to danger
		+	* the addition of dispel undead to Tomb
		+	* if you're thinking about using borgnjor's/DDoor you'd have to exit necromutation pre-emptively, which you likely don't have time for if you're actually thinking about using either spell
