The Velocity card has one of three effects depending on power level:
* Level 0: casts [[Swiftness]] on the player.
* Level 1: casts [[Haste]].
* Level 2: casts Haste and Swiftness.
All of these use a power rating of
<code>random2(power / 4)</code>
i.e. a random number between 0 and <code>((power / 4) rounded down) – 1</code>.

If the player's god is [[Cheibriados]], the following message appears:
