No Unsafe Scrolls

Rank	Effect	Flavor
1	Taking enough damage has a chance to give -Scroll, which prevents reading scrolls.	You ocassionally lose the ability to read scrolls when taking damage.
2	Same as the previous level, but with lower HP thresholds.	You sometimes lose the ability to read scrolls when taking damage.
Attacks that deal at least 12% / 5% max HP may prevent you from reading scrolls. Chance increases linearly with damage. Attacks dealing 50% / 20% max HP, or attacks bringing you below 30% max HP, will always do so. Lasts for 1d(damage) turns, maximum 30.

• Prior to 0.29, was a 1-rank mutation (equal to level 2 of the current mut).
• Prior to 0.27, was exclusive to Ru. Added to the general mutation list to replace Blurry Vision.
