Stoke Flames is a monster-only spell which summons a single creeping inferno. Creeping infernos are 1 HP enemies that aren't likely to move when in line of sight and far away, but are more likely to move as they get closer. When destroyed, a creeping inferno creates a Fire Storm (8d8.25 damage).
