Vitrifying Gaze is a monster-only spell that irresistibly applies Fragile status to its target. Fragile increases all damage you take by +50%. This stacks with Harm of your own.
Against players, Fragile's duration is 4-8 turns per cast, up to 50 turns. Against monsters, the status lasts 4-8 turns too.
