March of Sorrows is a monster-only spell that creates clouds of excruciating misery. It forms a straight line of clouds in the direction it is fired, and a small burst of clouds where it lands (similarly to Mephitic Cloud).

Unless you have negative energy resistance, clouds of excruciating misery will quickly drain your health. These clouds deal 10% of the player's max HP in damage (5% with rN+, 2% with rN++, none with rN+++) and 15% of monster max HP whenever they hit. Unlike torment, this does not get weaker as you lose HP and can be directly lethal.
