Fills a living creature with negative energy, draining them for a fraction of their maximum health. This spell requires line of sight but not line of fire.

Draining Gaze is a monster-only spell. It drains players by 10% of their post-drain hp. It takes 8 casts to get drained to 50% hp without Negative energy resistance, 15 with rN+, 29 with rN++. Monsters are dranied by 20% of their HD.
