| A magical device which causes a creature to be randomly translocated. |
A wand of teleportation has the same effect as a scroll of teleportation, but can be zapped at monsters as well as the player.
A creature zapped by it "looks slightly unstable" and will be teleported to a random location on the same level within a few turns.
Unlike all other wands, it can have a maximum charge of 11.
