From what I can see it looks like a botched import from the old wiki that has incorporated some old documentation into the standard WikiMedia template... I *think* we would be safe to delete it and just rely on the standard MediaWiki syntax for it which looks like it will auto-recreate if it doesn't exist? Does anyone know what's going on with this template?
