This ring makes its wearer either more or less capable of avoiding attacks, depending on its degree of enchantment.

A ±X ring of evasion affects the evasion of its wearer by X (ranges from +6 to -6). If the enchantment is negative, the ring is usually cursed. Even if you've identified rings of evasion in general, you won't know the specific amount of evasion a given ring offers until after you've put it on.
