Irresistably prevents a creature from taking any action for a short time, requiring multiple charges but not line of fire.

Paralysis Gaze is a monster-only spell that irresistibly paralyses its target, ignoring line of fire. It requires 2 casts to use: the first cast charges the spell, and the second cast paralyses you. The charge cannot be dispelled, and won't fade away over time.
