Bolt of Devastation

Energy Bolt is a monster-only spell which fires a bolt of irresistible damaging energy. Fortunately, it's a fairly inaccurate spell and can be dodged. On a miss, this spell may destroy any walls the bolt happens to strike.

The following enemies cast Energy Bolt:

• Cacodemon
• Eye of devastation

This spell also dispels any enchantment the victim may have (like purple draconians). This bug will be fixed in 0.12.
