Draining Gaze

Draining Gaze is a monsters-only Hexes spell which drains the target of 5-17 magic points and (despite the in-game description which claims the target's magic "leaks into the air") heals the casting monster by the same amount. The gaze functions akin to an antimagic brand attack and is otherwise irresistible.
