Desirability

The crown of Dyrovepreva is essentially a +2 helmet with rElec, a moderately rare and useful resistance. The other bonuses are nice, too. You can find better randart hats/helmets out there, but this artefact is stronger than any non-artefact headgear (unless you need willpower).
