Blood scent

Monsters with the blood scent flag have a better ability to detect players and find a way to reach them.

Blood scent gives all monsters extra tracking range. In addition, vampires will awake to the scent of blood. Sleeping hounds will not. Sharks, upon smelling blood, will go into a battle frenzy.
