Does "set to" mean that this form will reduce uc base damage to 3 if it is higher from skill? Pisaster (talk) 08:09, 9 January 2024 (CET)

No.
From a wording perspective: "Set to 3 base damage" is equivalent to "Base damage is set to 3". If you assume 'base damage' is before skill then the answer is no. Though it conflicts with the Unarmed Combat page which explicitly states "skill increases base damage". Therefore I reverted the edits you mentioned. Hordes (talk) 08:13, 9 January 2024 (CET)
