No Unsafe Scrolls

1	Taking damage has 1% chance to give -Scroll, which prevents reading scrolls.	You occasionally lose the ability to read scrolls when taking damage.
2	Chance increased to 3%.	You sometimes lose the ability to read scrolls when taking damage.
Note that -Scroll cannot be cancelled.

History

• Prior to 0.31, the chance to gain -Scroll depended on damage dealt.

Attacks that dealt at least 12% / 5% max HP could prevent you from reading scrolls. Chance increased linearly with damage, up to 50% / 20% damage, where it always happenned.
In addition, attacks bringing you below 30% max HP would always give -Scroll.
Lasts for 1d(damage) turns, maximum 30.

• Prior to 0.29, was a 1-rank mutation (equal to level 2 of the current mut).
• Prior to 0.27, was exclusive to Ru. Added to the general mutation list to replace Blurry Vision.
