Launch Bomblet

Fires a bomblet on a ballistic trajectory that ignores line of fire, dealing minor damage to a single target within range and deploying the bomblet near it. Cannot target enemies adjacent to the caster or those with no nearby room for the bomblet to land.

Launch Bomblet is a monster-only spell that summons a bomblet and launches it at a target, dealing some damage.

The following enemies cast Launch Bomblet:

• E Monarch bomb (2d8 damage)
