Orb of appropriateness

An orb of appropriateness is the internal name given to the orb monsters found within the Realm of Zot.
Only one orb type will be found within the Realm of Zot per game, which is revealed by statues around the entrance to the Temple and Zot. Once you've seen the statues you can also see which orb type will be in the game on the on the Dungeon Overview screen (ctrl-o), stated below the list of branches.
Note that this restriction does not apply to Ziggurats, which can contain every flavor of orb.
History
- Prior to 0.34, only orbs of fire existed.
