Throw Bolas

Hurls a colossal bolas at the target, wrapping around even the largest of of foes and binding them in place.

Throw Bolas is a monster-only spell which does some minor physical damage and also inflicts the -Move status effect for 4-8 turns. Insubstantial and amorphous creatures are immune to the -Move but still take the damage.
