The demonspawn mutation Powered by Pain may provide the Agility status effect. It can also result as a chaos effect.
History
- In 0.25, potions of agility, the most common source of this status, were replaced by potions of stabbing. In addition, its +50 stealth and +5 dexterity boosts were removed, and Agility is now a valid chaos effect.
