It appears that a powerful air mage enchanted this sky-blue amulet with a good deal of protective charms from his school of magic.

Desirability

A great source of rElec, and a good amulet to wear for general purposes, if you can bear the inaccuracy. Permanent repel missiles is great, and the EV and Stealth bonus are a nice extra.

History

In 0.12, this artefact's base type was changed to an amulet of inaccuracy (thus eliminating amulets of controlled flight entirely, as levitation itself was removed in favor of flight). To compensate for this, it got a permanent Repel Missiles effect.
