Empowers the magic of nearby wizard allies of the caster, allowing them to cast their magic more powerfully and more often.

Aura of Brilliance affects nearby allies of the caster who have the Wizard flag on their spells. Affected creatures are more likely to cast spells, and their spells are cast as if they had 5 extra HD, resulting in more damage, higher chance of success, and so forth.

The following enemies cast Aura of Brilliance:
