Blink Allies Encircling

Blink Allies Encircling is a monsters-only spell designed to quickly surround a target with enemies. 2-5 allies of the caster that are within its line of sight instantly blink into random positions adjacent to the target. These allies must be capable of blinking and not already adjacent to the target.

The following monsters can cast Blink Allies Encircling:

• q Draconian shifter
• S Guardian serpent
