Control Flight

Control flight is an intrinsic that lets you interact with the floor and items on it while levitating. This includes being able to go down stairs and exits (such as from the Abyss). It's available from the unrandart Amulet of the Air and as a permanent ability of draconians. Flight effects (such as from the tengu 'a'bility, and the eponymous spell) provide controlled flight for the duration, and no longer.

As for 0.11 the amulet of controlled flight was removed.
