I don't even know how the manual/automatic updating procedures work, so I think it would be prudent for someone to add detailed instructions as to how to update such modules. (They are important for spell and spellbook templates, for example, as all spellbook articles are currently limited to 0.19 because the module hasn't been updated.)

I have created this page because at the moment there is no real structure as to what to do when a new version is released. I hope this will be useful for future users in future years, and it also outlines some basic editing principles and formatting guidance. Please could someone read through this, confirm that what I have written is okay, add anything else you think should be added (perhaps expand part 4), before I integrate this article into the community template so that it is one of the "help" articles. I did not want to go straight in with this article (especially as a fairly new user) and make mistakes. Thank you. (Side note: I have noticed the Current projects page is horrifically out of date, and really the only project which should be occurring right now is "update all articles to 0.21", so this page seems kind of redundant and unhelpful.)
