The deck of punishment is a "virtual" deck whose cards are used by Nemelex Xobeh to punish offenders. All of its cards except for Wraith and Swine are from other decks and are presented in detail by the pages for those decks.

Wraith card
Drains your experience, then reduces your XL by one. The second effect is unavoidable, even with rN+++, meaning undead will be affected.
Torment Card
Casts Symbol of Torment.
