Dimension Anchor is a monsters-only spell that attempts to temporarily afflict you with the -Tele status effect, preventing you from blinking or teleporting. The spell can be resisted with willpower.
Attempting to blink or teleport results in the following message:
You cannot teleport because you are locked down by Dimension Anchor.
Note that this spell doesn't prevent Lugonu worshippers from blinking via the Bend Space ability.

History
- Prior to 0.26, the same effect could occur as a result of a Translocations miscast. Also, pandemonium lords couldn't cast this spell.
