The Dowsing card can produce three possible effects: Magic Mapping, Detect Items+Detect Traps, and temporary telepathy.

Power level 0: the player gets one of the three, selected randomly with equal probabilities.
Power level 1: the player gets one (33%) or two (67%) of the three.
Power level 2: the player gets all three.

The Dowsing card could be found in the following decks over the past several versions.

0.11	0.12	0.13	0.14	0.15	0.16	0.17	0.18	0.19 and beyond

The dowsing card became unavailable in the deck simplification in 0.19.
