A hideous undead creature, with torn skin hanging from an emaciated body.

Useful Info

Flayed ghosts are one of the beefier undead enemies, hitting as hard as a death yak. Beyond that, however, they've got no particularly unique features except for a curious lack of cold resistance, and they show up so late in the game that they aren't terribly threatening. They are found in the lower-Dungeon, the Crypt, and Gehenna.

Tips & Tricks

  • You can summon your own flayed ghosts with the Haunt spell.
