Frozen Ramparts is a Level 3 Ice Magic spell that covers all walls within 3 tiles of the caster (except for permarock walls) with icicles. These icicle-covered walls will damage and inflict flash freeze on any monster that stands next to them (similar to slime-covered walls); this damage is partially physical and can bypass cold resistance. The caster and their allies are immune to the spell's effects.
