Hoarfrost Bullet

Fires a shard of alchemical ice that coats whatever it hits with a layer of brittle frost which slows their movement. Each shot fired will deplete the cannon's remaining durability, but if it survives to fire 5 times, the final shot will fragment to hit all enemies around the primary target for additional damage.

Hoarfrost Bullet is a monster-only spell which deals cold damage, automatically hits, and inflicts the Frozen status.
