Probably the best naga barding out there, the lightning scales give excellent defense, a useful resistance, and a small boost to a naga's slow movement speed. Even combined with Swiftness, you'll move slightly slower than the average character, but that's still a significant improvement. If you happen to be playing a naga when you find this, strongly consider wearing it (unless you're worshiping Cheibriados; he doesn't like hasty items like this).
