The mask of the High Priest of ancient Erebora. In ancient times, the gods of the Ereborans ceased to answer their prayers, and in desperation, the people turned to the forbidden worship of dragons. Now, of their works, only this mask remains.

Desirability

The mask of the dragon provides an interesting trade-off. The willpower boost is nice, and see invisible convenient, though the most unique aspect is the +3 slaying. This comes at the cost of any AC from the helmet slot.

For melee and ranged fighters, it's usually worthwhile. Low AC characters may prefer a +2 helmet, while you might find a better artefact hat/helmet to use instead. For casters, the willpower alone can make it worth using (if you don't have another hat of willpower).
