Useful Info
Nergalle is a unique orc necromancer. She is generally not a huge threat by the time you normally encounter her, though she's capable of becoming temporarily invulnerable when nearly dead. Her most distinguishing aspect is her ability to summon up spectral orcs, which she then hastes. If you are an orc priest of Beogh, it is possible to convert Nergalle to your cause.

Tips & Tricks
- Because she only casts Death's Door in an emergency, try to finish her off quickly once you have her heavily wounded.
- If she does get Death's Door off, do something productive while you wait for it to wear off (re-cast buffs, attack other creatures, etc.). If you don't have anything better to do, pillar-dancing will at least keep her from pelting you with more spells.
History
In 0.13 Nergalle will appear earlier in the Dungeon and also in the Lair.
Prior to 0.8, she could not summon spectral orcs and simply pelted you with spells.
