*A ring of sustain abilities will nullify their dexterity-draining attack. If your dexterity gets drained to levels you're not comfortable with, a potion of restore abilities will fix you right up.

*While their Dexterity-draining attacks can be annoying, they are very rarely dangerous. You'll just be a little worse at dodging and stealth for a while.
*Deep dwarves should be careful around quasits, as they can't recover naturally from stat damage.

*Searing Ray and Iskenderun's Mystic Blast ignore resistances, so they're perfect for the quasit, and even Magic Dart is an option if you don't mind taking a while killing them. Earth Magic like Stone Arrow or Sandblast can also work. If you only have fire or cold damage at your disposal, use the biggest spells you've got; their resistances aren't insurmountable.
*Iskenderun's Mystic Blast ignores resistances, so it's perfect for the quasit, and Magic Dart is an option if you don't have Mystic Blast yet. Earth Magic like Stone Arrow or Sandblast (though you may wish to wield some stones to help overcome their AC) will also work.
+
*Quasits have low magic resistance, which makes them good targets for Hexes or wands of paralysis and disintegration.

Useful Info

Quasits are fast and annoying tier-5 demons whose attacks drain your dexterity. They've got high evasion and a wide variety of resistances, making it difficult for low-level characters to defeat them without taking some stat damage. They are one of the few demons you can encounter naturally in the upper floors of the Dungeon.
