Quicksilver Bolt is a monster-only spell which fires a bolt of irresistible, magic-dispelling energy. Any target struck by it will take significant damage and have the duration of their magical enhancements drastically reduced.
Despite its name, and unlike the player's version, this is not a bolt spell, so it's possible to block it with a shield.
