The stasis intrinsic, exclusive to Formicids, provides immunity from a wide variety of time and space altering effects:

Stasis will not block any of the following:

Effects that warp space around you: Passage of Golubria, Hepliaklqana's Transference, Abyss shifts
Okawaru's Finesse
"Paralysis" inflicted by the onset of stat zero
Transporters (not to be confused with teleport traps)
Banishment
Other disabling effects: Petrify, Sleep

Prior to 0.25, stasis did not block Swiftness.
In 0.18, the amulet of stasis was removed, the primary and only way for most characters to get this intrinsic.
Prior to 0.18, stasis blocked Okawaru's Finesse.
