Opens a gate to the realm of Pandemonium and draws forth one of its inhabitants to serve the caster for a time. Summon Demon is a level 5 Summonings spell which summons a single common demon (tier-3 or -4) to do your bidding. While this can create some excellent allies such as smoke demons or sun demons, you may also wind up with less useful demon. On top of that, the demon may arrive hostile (higher spell power makes this less likely), so having a way to deal with that threat such as Mass Abjuration is advised. Be aware that spell power does not give you better summons, merely more friendly and longer-lasting ones.
