Summon Drakes is a monster-only spell which summons several of the following reptiles into existence:
- Death drake (24%)
- Fire drake (24%)
- Komodo dragon (20%)
- Swamp drake (20%)
- One of these dragons: Mottled dragon, Lindwurm, Storm dragon, Steam dragon, Dragon, Ice dragon, Swamp dragon, Shadow dragon (12%)
Although individually not terribly dangerous, these monsters can slow you, rot you,sicken you, confuse you, and burn your scrolls, and you usually end up having to face a variety of them at once along with the summoner himself. Fortunately, you'll likely have resistance to fire and poison by the time you face this spell, leaving you with only sickness and rot to worry about. Try to clear out the death drakes as quickly as possible (Abjuration works wonders).
