Summon Water Elementals

Summon Water Elementals is a monster-only spell which summons hostile water elementals into existence. Although they aren't very dangerous individually, swarms of them can deal significant damage and prevent you from attacking more worthwhile foes.

History
In 0.13, elemental wellsprings will also be capable of casting Summon Water Elementals. Also, water elementals will have a psuedo-silence inflicting attack, making them significantly more dangerous.
