You'll have to live with it that the developers are not consequenly eliminating any weak components. - The Knowledge Bot still contains it and gives out a simple single statement: "Spells: fulsome distillation, evaporate, passwall, dig, petrify". So I conclude it still exists in 0.12. You'll have to live with it that the developers are not consequenly eliminating any weak components.
